  • About the Role
  • Join Bosch’s Global Product & Service organization and contribute to the transformation of enterprise workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide.
  • As a Senior IT Consultant, you will bridge Business, Product, and Engineering teams to analyze business processes, define system requirements, support platform modernization, and improve enterprise operations. You will work with global stakeholders on large-scale IT transformation initiatives in an international environment.
  • Business Analysis & Process Optimization
  • Analyze business processes, enterprise systems, and workflow requirements.
  • Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support migration from legacy systems to modern enterprise platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Act as the key link between Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, clarify requirements, and align stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with international teams in an Agile environment.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Support dashboards, business reports, and KPI tracking.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Track migration progress and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Agile Delivery & Change Management
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and release readiness.
  • Prepare user documentation and training materials to support system adoption.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Track functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to process standardization, quality improvement, and operational governance.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Yêu cầu

  • Must-have
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, system migration, or internal IT solutions.
  • Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and user story documentation.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with global or multinational teams.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting, dashboards, or data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to workflow automation or Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
  • Experience in digital transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Agile, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional priorities.
