- Joining Bonus: Eligible candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience who join BGSV by December 31, 2026, may receive a bonus equivalent to one month's gross salary, subject to program terms and conditions.
- Work on Automotive Technology: Contribute to automotive software solutions supporting advanced technologies, including ADAS and in-vehicle systems.
- Hands-on Engineering: Work with C++, Python, software integration, debugging, and automotive software validation.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams across international projects.

- Integrate and adapt reusable software components to meet project-specific requirements.
- Use C++ and Python to support software integration, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze integration issues, investigate root causes, and support their resolution.
- Verify software integration quality, stability, and compatibility.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and global engineering teams to improve integration workflows.
- Share technical feedback and support project teams in adopting integrated software solutions.
- Your Skills and Experience
- Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in software development, embedded systems, or software integration.
- Working knowledge of C++ and Python.
- Understanding of software components, dependencies, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Nice-to-have
- Experience in automotive software, embedded systems, ADAS, or in-vehicle technologies.
- Familiarity with software integration testing, SiL/HiL, or simulation-based testing.
- Basic knowledge of Git, CMake, Bazel, Conan, or Docker.
- Experience working with international engineering teams.
