Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth and explore opportunities for expansion.
Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential customers, understanding their business needs, and introducing BLA's services to align with their objectives.
Business Development: Conduct regular market study to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to build connections with potential clients, raise awareness of BLA's services, and generate new leads.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations, summarizing key data and insights, and providing recommendations for strategy refinement.
Managerial Support: Assist with additional sales, operation-related tasks as assigned by the manager to help meet team goals.
Compliance & Safety Participation: Adhere to all HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) policies, participate in related activities as needed, and ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines in all tasks.
