- Coordinate customer orders from order receipt through production, shipment, and delivery to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Process and maintain sales orders, forecasts, and customer information accurately in the ERP system.
- Act as the primary contact point for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and related inquiries.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues related to production, inventory, shipment, or delivery.
- Support customer relationship management by handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between customers and internal departments.
- Assist in identifying and developing potential business opportunities and new customer accounts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and order processing activities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluently in written and spoken English.
- Experience supporting international customers is an advantage.
