Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations: Oversee all activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials to ensure smooth operations and compliance with procedures.
Control inventory accuracy and maintain stock records: Ensure all goods are properly counted, recorded, and stored. Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with accounting and production teams.
Develop and implement warehouse layout and storage optimization: Design warehouse zones to improve space utilization, accessibility, and material flow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements: Implement and enforce warehouse safety regulations, fire prevention measures, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics departments: Work closely with related departments to ensure timely material supply for production and efficient outbound shipments.
Manage and develop warehouse staff: Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse team members to ensure competency, discipline, and teamwork spirit.
Monitor and report warehouse performance metrics: Prepare periodic reports on inventory accuracy, material movement, warehouse efficiency, and cost control.
Lead process improvement and digitalization initiatives: Identify opportunities for automation, ERP enhancement, and workflow optimization to increase productivity and reduce errors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industries.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse layout, and ERP systems (e.g., Misa, SAP, or Amis). Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Soft Skills: Effective leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Language: English proficiency in reading and reporting.
Others: Integrity, responsibility, and strong sense of discipline.
