Tổng quan
- Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production.
- Make a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production.
- Plan & coordinate maintenance downtime with production requirements to maximize equipment availability.
- Maintain facilities in the first-class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
- Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs.
- Make proposals to improve the machines' performance.
- To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
- Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.
- Education: Graduated from University in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing…preferably in FMCG.

- Solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs
- Have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
