In relation to BIM Level 2 you shall take on board the lines of responsibility as the Project Delivery Manager (PDM) & Project Information Manager (PIM), depending on the Clients, Projects, team members you & the Digital Coordinators under your Line Management are undertaking.
Developing, implementing & maintaining the BIM Protocols for project-based involvement through the management of the Digital Coordinators.
Ensuring that all stakeholders are on board with the project goals & have an understanding of the BIM process & their role within it, through the management of the Digital Coordinators.
Ensuring the QA/QC procedures are in place & being completed across all Digital projects.
Ensuring that model auditing & resolution is being adhered through Atlas best practices, through the management of the Digital Coordinators.
Managing the BIM mandated protocols & procedures – project & company-wide, through the management of the Digital Coordinators.
