Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee lifecycle processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Ensure HR procedures and documentation are handled accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding materials, and other employee-related paperwork.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and labor regulations.
Support the administration of social insurance, health insurance, work permits, visas, and other relevant employee documentation, where applicable.
Assist in addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues in a professional and confidential manner.
Coordinate employee performance review cycles and support training and development initiatives.
Organize and support employee engagement activities, including company trips, CSR initiatives, internal training, and other company events.
Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.
