We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Product Owner to drive product feature delivery within an Agile Scrum environment. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements, prioritize backlog items,and driving continuous improvement.
Support the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of the product backlog.
Write and update user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Assist in backlog refinement sessions to ensure stories are ready for development.
Track feature progress and maintain accurate backlog status in Jira.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
Document business needs and functional specifications in Confluence.
Assist with analyzing customer feedback and enhancement requests.
Maintain clear and organized product documentation in Confluence.
Create meeting notes, process documentation, release notes, and decision logs.
Build understanding of both business processes and technical solutions.
Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
