Operational Leadership: Supervise Terminal Managers, ensuring strict compliance with ADCo, TIPCO, and HSSE standards while meeting ambitious KPIs.
Performance & Cost Control: Monitor operating costs, fuel/material consumption, and maintenance budgets to drive cost-effectiveness.
Supply Chain & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales on forecasting, inventory management (raw materials/oils), and guaranteeing OTIF (On-Time In-Full) customer service.
Project Management: Oversee terminal projects, construction, and major repairs, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and HSE guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Drive operational efficiency through refined procedures, performance incentives, and strategic planning.
