Tổng quan

  • Identify, pursue, secure and deliver larger scale, upstream, integrated planning projects, master planning and related CPD service offerings in Vietnam working with the Vietnam Office Leader and colleagues. In addition, work with CPD SEA Service Group and SEA CPD Leader and support the delivery of CPD service across SEA (as well as wider APAC etc. when needed).
  • The lead will also work with other colleagues in cross selling of other related portfolios and services and catalyse the creation of other related downstream opportunities for Arup in Vietnam. The lead will play a key role in the winning and delivery of a wide range of exciting and city shaping project
  • Work with selected key clients in Vietnam and when needed across SEA as well as APAC to better understand their investment in larger scale, complex developments in an integrated manner by scoping out project needs and mobilising expertise from within Arup and via collaboration partners.
  • Work with SEA CPD Service Leader to promote progressive approaches to urban planning and development across Arup SEA offices and teams, in accordance with the Arup Strategy 2025-30, other Arup strategies including for Sustainability, Digital etc. as well as in-line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, City Resilience Framework, Climate Positive Framework etc.
  • Seek innovative solutions and embrace innovative methods to add value to our clients, the environment and society. Develop and nurture a network of collaboration partners with a focus in Vietnam across including for strategy eg McKinsey, advisory eg EY, commercial eg CBRE, Savills and relevant local institutes (VIUP, HUPI etc.) and partners.
  • Support Arup leaders and teams across SEA to identify talent, build capacity, develop skills and share experience. Provide technical expertise in all aspects of sustainable urban planning & development. Promote key principles of quality, innovation and integration.
