  • Overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure and services, ensuring seamless operations and security of our network and systems:
  • AWS Infrastructure Management
  • − Oversee and maintain the AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • − Implement best practices for AWS resource management and cost optimization.
  • Cloud Services Security Control and Management
  • − Control and manage cloud applications to ensure data security and compliance.
  • − Implement security measures and policies for cloud-based services.
  • Microsoft Intune and MS Defender
  • − Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
  • − Implement and monitor MS Defender to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Endpoint and Server Vulnerability Management
  • − Collaborate with HQ IT to identify and fix endpoint and server vulnerabilities.
  • − Implement security patches and updates to safeguard systems.
  • Network Monitoring
  • − Monitor and manage the organization's network to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • − Identify and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
  • IT Asset Management
  • − Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
  • − Ensure proper documentation and tracking of IT assets.
  • IT Service Desk Management
  • − Oversee the IT service desk, ensuring that support requests are handled efficiently and in line with ITIL standards.
  • − Implement processes and procedures to improve service desk operations.
  • All of other related tasks assigned by Head of IT (Expats)
