- Prepare and submit residential loan applications to various lenders
- Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and lenders to collect required documentation and follow up outstanding items
- Track and manage loan application progress to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
- Conduct credit checks and verify income, liabilities, and supporting financial documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Ensure all applications comply with lender policies and relevant regulatory requirements
