We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Director of Digital Transformation and Information Systems to lead Annam Group’s digital transformation journey.
This role bridges business and technology, ensuring that digital investments support growth, operational excellence, customer experience, profitability, and strategic transformation.
The role will lead the Group Digital Roadmap and align business strategy, information systems, data & analytics, e-commerce, customer experience, automation, AI initiatives, and digital governance.
Further details will be discussed during the interview.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technology or Business Transformation.
Strong experience with ERP environments and cross-functional transformation programs.
Solid knowledge of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or equivalent), Business Intelligence, Data Governance, E-commerce, AI & Automation, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience in Retail, Distribution, FMCG, Food & Beverage or Supply Chain is preferred.
Strong business mindset with the ability to influence senior management and bridge Business & IT.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, governance and change management capabilities.
Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
