Tổng quan

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts across coffee, tea, bakery chains, and other Food Service customers.
Develop industry networks and engage key decision-makers across Procurement, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Management.
Identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities, translating insights into growth opportunities aligned with ANDROS’ capabilities.
Drive a solution-selling approach by proposing innovative ingredient applications, menu concepts, branded products, and customized solutions.
Collaborate with Technical, NPD, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop and launch customer-specific solutions.
Lead customer projects from concept to commercial launch, ensuring timely execution and sustainable business growth.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual account plans, including sales targets, demand forecasts, and stock availability.
Drive product portfolio growth by promoting new launches and slow-moving products within key accounts.
Lead commercial negotiations, manage pricing and contracts, and work with Finance/Accounting on payment collection and receivables.
Drive the full sales cycle and achieve/exceed assigned sales revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Delivery customer presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals to support account development.
