Tổng quan
- Take responsibility for product engineering and development, ensuring that products meet customer requirements, are technically feasible for manufacturing, achieve quality standards, and optimize raw material costs.
- Act as the key technical liaison between customers/the Netherlands Sales team, the Design team, and partner factories.
- Product Development & Technical Consultation
- Work directly with customers and the Sales team in the Netherlands to receive, analyze, and clarify technical requirements relating to product designs and samples.
- Propose solutions for product design, structure, materials, and manufacturing methods to ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining production feasibility.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and finalize products, assess technical feasibility during the sampling process, and support the resolution of technical issues before mass production.
- Product Engineering & Design Optimization
- Review and directly develop or modify 2D technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, structures, specifications, and manufacturing and assembly feasibility.
- Analyze and recommend design and structural improvements to optimize material usage and reduce material waste while maintaining product durability, functionality, quality, and appearance.
- Provide technical advice to the R&D team on material properties, product structures, and suitable manufacturing methods.
- BOM Accuracy & Material Optimization
- Prepare and/or review Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy in material types, specifications, and consumption rates based on actual product designs.
- Analyze material consumption standards, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments to minimize waste and optimize material costs.
- Work with partner factories and relevant departments to verify and update BOMs and material consumption standards whenever there are changes to product designs or structures.
- Factory Technical Support & Improvement
- Provide technical consultation and work closely with technical teams at partner factories to resolve technical issues during sampling and mass production, while recommending improvements to product quality and production efficiency.
