Execute brand plans aligned with the restaurant’s business objectives. Monitor and analyze key business metrics including traffic, revenue, menu mix, campaign performance, customer behavior, and tourist contribution. Proactively recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance and support brand growth.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints including communication materials, POSM, menu presentation, in-store environment, and guest experience. Maintain a brand image that reflects a contemporary dining spirit while remaining relevant to both local and international audiences.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities including social media, PR, KOL partnerships, activations, and campaigns across different business periods. Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand direction while working effectively with agencies and external partners
Work closely with Culinary, Operations, Service, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are practical, operationally aligned, and supportive of the restaurant’s business objectives.
