  • 1. Plan and Execute Activities to Achieve Sales Targets
  • Create monthly and annual plans for the TikTok channel based on company sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising team for monthly and weekly product planning:
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels and plan timely stock replenishment.
  • Analyze product sales performance and develop appropriate sales strategies.
  • Monitor, supervise, and take responsibility for sales revenue on the TikTok platform, covering Brand Site and Affiliate Site activities, including Brand Livestream, Affiliate Livestream, and Affiliate Videos.
  • Propose and execute appropriate activities and promotional programs to achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
  • Directly supervise and manage key livestream sessions, resolving any issues that arise to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with the Digital, Content, and Visual teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and propose development plans and improvements to drive channel growth.
  • Submit cooperation, working, and advertising contracts to upper management for approval.
  • 2. Manage the Livestream Team & Affiliate Video Team(Brand Livestream & Affiliate Livestream)
  • Take responsibility for monitoring the performance of the Livestream team, including hosts and operation staff, to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • 3. Coordinate with Partners to Ensure Sales and Channel Growth
  • Collaborate with the internal TikTok team to optimize monthly programs and propose and execute mega campaigns, such as New Arrival Day and Super Brand Day.
  • Work directly with partners to implement monthly programs and campaigns.
  • Discuss and negotiate discount conditions and commission rates with partners.
