Drive Medical Food Business & Sales Activities
Execute sales activities across multiple channels including D2C platforms, pharmacies, hospitals, and direct customer channels to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, patients, and caregivers.
Provide customer support and after-sales services, including collecting feedback from consumers and healthcare professionals to improve service quality and customer experience.
Monitor market insights, customer needs, and sales performance to identify business growth opportunities.
Support Marketing & Business Development Activities
Implement marketing communication activities and business initiatives aligned with company strategies.
Manage and develop communication channels (e.g., social media groups, D2C platforms, hotline, webinars, workshops) to engage patients, families, and caregivers.
Provide product information and consultation related to medical food solutions.
Cross-functional Business Operations & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (QA, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth operations, including procurement, inventory management, delivery, system management, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare regular business reports and analysis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
