Make production plans for each line on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis to optimize machine capacity and output, minimize lost time, ensure production and delivery schedules are met, and maintain minimum and maximum inventory turnover according to department KPIs.
Monitor daily production output, daily setup plans of the production department, and report if any deviations from the plan.
Update daily and weekly orders and delivery schedules, hold DOT meetings daily, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
Monitor and control MO out to ensure delivery and inventory plans are met.
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers based on orders and forecast orders according to required deadlines.
Control and minimize stock over order, forecast and stock slow movement.
Other task assigned by planning supervisor.
