Tổng quan

Accounting & Finance (approximately 80%)
Prepare and finalize annual financial statements and quarterly reports, including PIT (personal income tax), VAT, and other statutory tax filings.
Prepare financial documents, invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
Maintain accounts receivable records and update as needed.
Compile, update, and maintain company records.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Work closely with headquarter in HK related to finance issue.
HR & Administration (approximately 20%)
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and collection of relevant documents.
Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office administrative matters.
Support attendance, leave records, and other basic HR administration.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Work closely with the HQ team in Hong Kong on HR and administrative matters when needed.
