Tổng quan

  • To support the IT Section Manager in managing, operating, and continuously improving the company’s IT infrastructure, network, IT security, Microsoft 365, server, virtualization, and IT application environments.
  • Ensure that IT systems are stable, secure, available, and aligned with business and production requirements.
  • Ensure IT operations comply with ISO 27001, TISAX, and internal company policies and standards.
  • Proactively identify risks, analyze incidents, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and security risks.
  • Act as a senior technical resource for the IT team and a bridge between IT, business departments, production, and management.
  • Support assessment, design, and implementation of infrastructure, network, security, and application projects.
  • Manage servers, VMware virtualization, storage, backup and infrastructure services. - Monitor system performance, capacity and availability. - Plan infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle replacement. - Maintain infrastructure documentation and diagrams.
  • Manage LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, VPN and Ruckus Wi-Fi; troubleshoot and support network expansion.
  • Manage Sophos Firewall/Endpoint; review security alerts; vulnerability management; hardening and security incident response.
  • Maintain IT policies, procedures, risk assessments and evidence; support audits and corrective actions.
  • Manage users, groups, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive and security controls.
  • Administer Windows Server, AD, GPO, services, patching, logs and troubleshooting.
  • Manage backup jobs, restore testing, DR procedures and recovery capability.
  • Handle major/recurring incidents; perform RCA; drive corrective/preventive actions and trend analysis.
  • Design/implement infrastructure, network and security projects; manage technical requirements, vendors, risks and schedule.
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle; evaluate vendors, solutions, SLAs and service quality.
  • Support technical issues related to SAP B1, MES, WMS, databases, APIs and integrations.
  • Assess impact/risk; prepare implementation and rollback plans; coordinate testing and verification.
  • Prepare RCA, incident/project/management reports; maintain network diagrams, architecture and technical documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements in reliability, security, efficiency and automation.
  • Mentor IT Engineers and report IT status, risks, incidents and projects to the IT Section Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
  • 5–8 years of IT experience; preferably as Senior IT Engineer, IT Supervisor or IT Infrastructure Engineer..
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, Windows Server, AD, networking and enterprise Wi-Fi
  • Experience with Sophos Firewall/Endpoint, Microsoft 365 and Ruckus/SmartZone.
  • Practical ISO 27001 or TISAX experience; understanding of risk assessment, controls, audit evidence and corrective actions.
  • Strong RCA, problem-solving, reporting, project coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One, MES, WMS, SQL Server, APIs and software development is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English in technical and management environments.
  • Strong ownership and continuous-improvement mindset; able to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • IT Supervisor shall be capable of independently leading IT operations within delegated authority and acting as the technical deputy of the IT Section Manager when delegated.
