Tổng quan

Handle Sea Import & Export shipments from booking to cargo release, including both Customer Service and Documentation tasks.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines/co-loaders and follow up sailing schedules.
Prepare and submit SI, VGM, Import E-manifest and other required shipping documents.
Arrange AMS/ISF/ICS2/AFR/E-MNF filing
Issue Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, Debit Note, Credit Note, etc.
Send pre-alerts to overseas agents and follow up shipments until cargo is released.
Coordinate payment requests with shipping lines, co-loaders and subcontractors.
Update shipment information on the Freightek system and close files properly.
Work directly with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines/co-loaders to ensure smooth shipment handling and good customer service.
Coordinate with the Sales team on sailing schedules and shipment-related requests.
Proactively handle daily operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties for solutions.
Provide backup support and rotate tasks within the team when required.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and perform other tasks assigned by the CS & Docs Manager.
