Plan and maintain a practical monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish content featuring commercial productions, behind-the-scenes moments, Directors, Producers, creative talent, company news and production culture.
Work closely with Producers and Directors to identify interesting stories, visuals and moments from current and completed projects.
Collect, organise and archive approved production photos, videos, BTS material, credits and other social assets.
Create simple social-first content such as Reels, short videos, carousels and stories using available editing/design tools.
Write and adapt captions and social copy in English and/or Vietnamese, maintaining a consistent 116 Pictures voice.
Coordinate with Editor, Designer, Photographer and external creatives when additional content is required.
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and basic community engagement.
Monitor basic platform performance and provide practical recommendations based on what is working.
Stay aware of relevant social formats and trends within advertising, film, production and creative industries.
Ensure all published content is properly approved and respects client confidentiality, usage rights and production restrictions.
