Tổng quan

Assist Producers and Production Managers with commercial and creative production projects.
Support pre-production research, preparation and coordination.
Assist with production schedules, call sheets, checklists, contact lists and project documents.
Support location research, location preparation and location logistics.
Assist with casting, talent coordination and talent logistics.
Support props, wardrobe, equipment and production preparation as required.
Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, crew, vendors, clients, agencies and production partners under Producer direction.
Follow up on bookings, confirmations, quotations, deliveries and production requirements.
Assist with transportation, accommodation, catering, equipment and other shoot logistics.
Support Producers on shooting days and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
Help solve unexpected production issues quickly and practically under the guidance of the Producer.
Keep project information, documents and contact details organised and up to date.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and communicate problems early.
Support post-shoot wrap-up and outstanding production follow-up.

Direct learning from experienced Producers and production teams.
Hands-on experience across commercial advertising and creative productions.
Exposure to Directors, agencies, brands, suppliers and creative partners.
