Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, advertising agencies, creative agencies and relevant marketing teams.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies and creative partners.
Proactively introduce 116 Pictures, our Directors, production capabilities and relevant work to potential clients.
Receive, qualify and follow up on project briefs from initial enquiry through proposal and confirmation.
Understand client objectives, creative briefs, budgets, timelines and production requirements.
Work closely with Producers to develop realistic production approaches, budgets and quotations.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, treatments, production approaches, credentials and other commercial materials.
Participate in client meetings, briefings, presentations and production discussions.
Manage follow-ups and keep opportunities moving rather than waiting for clients to respond.
Maintain a clear and practical sales pipeline covering leads, briefs, proposals, negotiations and confirmed projects.
Track opportunities, outcomes and next actions and report regularly to management.
Identify repeat-business opportunities with existing clients and agencies.
Stay informed about relevant advertising, creative and production activity in Vietnam, Thailand and the wider region.
Attend appropriate industry meetings, networking events and production/project activities.
Work with Producers to ensure what is sold is commercially and operationally achievable.
