  • Create and participate in concept art, key UI screens, main characters, and high-level 3D assets (props, environments, hero objects).
  • Ensure visual quality and consistency across the product.
  • Keep up with art trends, propose creative improvements, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product development.
  • Organize, arrange, and manage the team's asset and image library.
  • Optimize models, textures, sizes, and dimensions to enhance visual quality while maintaining mobile performance.
  • Support the exporting and integration of 3D models, textures, and animations into the Unity engine.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, themes, and new artistic styles across mobile game genres.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • SKILL
  • Proficient with Unity Particle System, Shader Graph, and related VFX tools.
  • Strong art technical skills, including proficiency with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance) and Unity-ready asset workflows.
  • AI adoption mindset: able to apply generative AI tools and maintain a positive, forward-thinking perspective on AI integration in the creative process.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Game Artist, with solid 3D production experience.
  • ABILITIES

  • A strong interest in mobile game art across genres is a plus.
  • A love of playing mobile games and sensitivity to user experience is a plus.
  • Certification in UX Design is advantageous.
  • Understanding of various game genres and trends is a plus.
  • Experience with stylized/low-poly 3D art and mobile optimization is a plus.
