Tổng quan

Perform routine maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and technical support for all equipment represented by WKK.
Provide on-site customer support, including machine installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and follow-up technical support.
Respond to emergency service requests, including equipment repair, adjustment, replacement, and maintenance.
Carry out equipment reconditioning, modification, overhaul, upgrades, and performance improvement.
Prepare service reports and technical documentation, including test results, root cause analysis, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Monitor machine performance and work closely with customers to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and product quality.
Coordinate with internal teams and overseas suppliers to resolve technical issues when required.
Travel to customer sites throughout Vietnam as necessary.
