Accounting Support
Prepare and issue invoices to our Singapore and Hong Kong companies
Track accounts receivable, account payable under supervision
Manage petty cash and expense reports
Input daily transactions into accounting software (e.g., MISA, FAST)
Assist with monthly reconciliation
General Administration
Answer phone calls, emails, receive visitors
Order and manage office and production supplies
Manage factory floor supplies (gloves, cleaning materials, safety gear)
Organize filing system (physical and electronic)
Support factory manager with daily correspondence
Human Resources Support
Maintain employee files, labor contracts, and timesheets
Register and update social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance
Assist with recruitment posting, interview scheduling, onboarding
Track attendance and leave
Prepare basic payroll data (Dorothy to decide this function should be under Accounting or HR)
Warehouse support
able to use manual system for warehouse keeping
well organized and detail oriented
helping in moving material around in necessary
Procurement & Inventory Support
Prepare purchase orders for raw materials (zippers, webbing, foam, fabric, thread) and consumables
Follow up with suppliers on delivery
Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes
Update basic inventory records
