Tổng quan

Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet customer orders and delivery schedules.
Monitor production capacity, manpower, materials, machines, and production efficiency.
Lead and supervise production teams, including cutting, preparation, sewing, packing, and related processes.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved samples, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Quality Control, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Maintenance teams.
Monitor production targets, output, efficiency, rework rates, and downtime.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Improve production processes, productivity, workflow, and cost efficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize waste, rework, and production losses.
Monitor machine and equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and factory procedures.
Train, motivate, and develop production supervisors and workers.
Prepare and review daily/weekly production reports and provide updates to management.
Support new product development, sample production, and production trials.
Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
