Plan, execute, and manage User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and others.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Collaborate closely with the Creative team to propose, test, and iterate on ad creatives that resonate with target players.
Conduct market research on mobile game trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Foundational knowledge of digital advertising and user acquisition principles.
At least 1 year of experience in the Game or App industry.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively with data and performance metrics.
Creative thinking in proposing ad concepts and campaign testing strategies.
Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
Proactive, accountable, and growth-oriented work attitude.
Long-term career interest in the Mobile Game and User Acquisition field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+).
