Tổng quan

Provide professional support to clients, agents, and third parties via phone, email, text, and CRM.
Maintain accurate client, listing, and transaction information in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and other internal systems.
Search, review, and organize property listings using platforms such as HAR.com, MLS, and UnlockMLS.
Support clients and agents throughout the listing process, including collecting required information, documents, photos, and other materials.
Coordinate listing-related tasks such as property information updates, open house preparation, status tracking, and follow-up on outstanding items.
Support clients and agents throughout the transaction process, including tracking contracts, deadlines, required documents, inspections, title-related items, and other transaction milestones.
Coordinate and follow up with clients, agents, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and other third parties to ensure required items are completed on time.
Assist clients with administrative tasks related to their transaction, including utilities registration and move-in or move-out arrangements when needed.
Monitor ongoing listings and transactions, proactively identifying missing information, upcoming deadlines, or issues that may require follow-up.
Maintain organized and accurate records throughout each client account.
Perform additional customer service and real estate administrative tasks as assigned.
