Control medicine/first aid equipment/supplies and report to Operation Manager for replenishment to meet compliance standards.
Attends to the medical needs of students.
Administer appropriate first aid to students and staff when required
Provide assistance and follow-up with students and staff if they need to be transferred to a clinic/hospital.
Plan for prevention of seasonal/transmitted diseases e.g. Chicken pox, measles, etc
Record accidents in the Accident Record Book.
Conduct physical checks for newly enrolled students, termly physical checks and twice-yearly checks for other students.
Monitor special cases, attends and checks on students who are on medication.
Record and maintain a growth chart of height and weight of student from Grade 1
Maintain detailed medical records of students.
Supports Office Managers to:
Monitor cleanliness of water dispensers daily
Assist in receptionist area when required.
Might have to take some additional duties e.g. substitute for bus monitor (in case the other staff sick) or on roster for early drop off/ late pick up service
Attend activities at school when required.
Prepare related report when required.
Other task assigned by Line Manager.
