Tổng quan
- Identify potential customers through online channels, company data, and other research tools.
- Conduct initial outreach (including calls/emails) to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Classify and filter potential customers, schedule appointments, and transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team.
- Support the Sales Team in building, updating, and managing the database of potential customers.
- Track daily activities and progress against objectives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Team Leader.
Yêu cầu
- Third/fourth-year students or fresh graduates from universities in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software development processes and business domains is a plus.
