Lead the QC team in controlling quality across all production stages at the factory (refer to expertise in the wood industry, sofa manufacturing, or a similar factory environment.)
Monitor and analyze the factory's quality status and prepare daily reports.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures for new product groups.
Manage and respond to customer feedback.
Manage, monitor, and execute daily and monthly testing (e.g., adhesion tests, nail/screw crack tests, and sending samples to external labs).
Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to identify quality issues, propose solutions, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Education
High school diploma or higher.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the wood processing and finishing/painting industry. Experience
Skills and Competencies
Excellent skills in data review, analysis, and extraction.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
Proficiency in computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
Strong communication and reporting skills.
English proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet product quality standards. Education
