Ensure all new hires receive basic technical training. Develop and implement training plans for new trainees in line with the plant’s production growth plan, ensuring timely and adequate resource readiness to meet production needs.
Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses to identify technical training needs and development priorities.
Plan and develop effective training resources and materials to support the department’s technical training activities.
Develop and deliver technical training programs for different skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Develop technical training programs for new production sectors and continuously review and improve them to align with evolving production requirements.
Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s operational value and capabilities, including Lean Manufacturing and other innovative concepts.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Superiors.
