School Environmental Analysis & Field Mapping: Own and continuously update a School Environmental Analysis for every center through regular in-field visits, mapping the local market to guide marketing and activation decisions
Profile the target audience and identify where families in the catchment area can be found.
Map schools, kindergartens, and other education touchpoints relevant to each center.
Identify and assess potential café partners for co-branded or cross-promotional activity.
Scout other relevant local partnerships and family-oriented businesses.
Track competitors and monitor their local marketing and activation activities.
Map residential areas and key family traffic points around each center.
Pinpoint visibility and brand-awareness opportunities within the local area.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
3–4 years of experience in trademarketing, partnership development, field sales, event management, or brand activation roles; experience in education, retail, or F&B chains with a multi-location/center model is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills to deliver result under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to prospect and close partnership agreements independently.
Good project management and budget-tracking skills; ability to plan and coordinate multiple center-level activations concurrently
Data-oriented mindset — comfortable tracking leads, ROI, and partner performance to inform decisions.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable with regular field presence and travel between centers; own transportation/driving license required
Be-ready to work weekends for events when required (with replacement off)
