Lead and manage IE team in Hanoi office, overseeing overall industrial engineering activities and performance.
Standardize sewing motions, operations, and features based on GSD analysis, establishing robust SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for production line.
Conduct precise GSD (General Sewing Data) analysis for diverse garment categories (Down Jacket, Padded Jacket, Wind breaker, Seam Sealing, Vest, Pants, Shorts) using garment sample or operation videos.
Maximize utilization of the GSD system and strictly ensure the accuracy of system data (Style, Feature, Operation Level).
Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to optimize line balancing, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall production efficiency
Implement Lean manufacturing concepts to minimize waste and optimize manufacturing/product costing
Serve as a key liaison to communicate effectively with HQ and Buyers regarding GSD analysis, efficiency report and costing
