Tổng quan

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery.
  • Own system architecture and technical design, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and high performance.
  • Build REST APIs and system integrations connecting AI/Data services with enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Optimize production systems for performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML, Data, Product, and business teams to deliver end-to-end Data & AI solutions.
  • Support cloud-native development and deployment using AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD, with frontend development using React/Next.js when needed.
  • Your Skills and Experience

Yêu cầu

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and building production-grade backend systems.
  • Solid expertise in Backend Engineering, System Design, Software Architecture, REST APIs, and System Integration.
  • Experience with FastAPI, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and technologies such as Redis, Celery, or WebSocket.
  • Strong understanding of scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability in production systems.
  • Experience with cloud and DevOps environments, including AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD; Kubernetes and Terraform are preferred.
  • Experience leading technical design or providing engineering guidance is a strong advantage.
  • Nice to Have
  • Fullstack experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience building or integrating AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, document processing, computer vision, or video processing solutions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, IoT, or complex enterprise systems.

  • We are looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Python) to join our Data & AI team, building production-grade applications and platforms in the automotive and manufacturing domain, on use cases such as AI-powered chatbots, production planning, vehicle warranty and inspection workflows, intelligent document processing, and video processing/analytics.
  • This role is ideal for an engineer who is strong in Backend Engineering, System Design and Architecture, and wants to work on complex systems where AI capabilities need to be integrated reliably into large-scale production environments.
