• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs, business objectives, and operational challenges.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product backlogs.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Product Delivery & Execution
• Work closely with Engineering, AI, Data, UX/UI, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement clarification, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
• Drive product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure product features meet quality, usability, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
• AI Product & Platform Development
• Define requirements for AI-powered capabilities such as:• LLM integrations
• Prompt engineering workflows
• AI Agents
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Conversational AI
• Personalization and recommendation systems
• Automation and intelligent workflows
• Data management and analytics features
• Telemetry, monitoring, and reliability controls
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to evaluate product performance, model outputs, and business outcomes.
• Support the design of governance, privacy, safety, approval, audit, and monitoring processes for AI-enabled products.
• Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as:• User adoption
• Activation and engagement
• Workflow completion rate
• Customer satisfaction
• Product quality

• Response latency

• Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, evaluation outcomes, and production insights to identify improvement opportunities.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Align stakeholders around product goals, timelines, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Your Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused roles.
