Tổng quan

Design, develop and optimize complex backend services for real-time, scalable and faulttolerant systems.
Build and maintain APIs and microservices using Golang or Java.
Architect processing flows, algorithms and large-scale system designs.
Improve code quality, performance, observability (logging, monitoring, tracing) and
reliability.
Collaborate with DevOps/Security teams on DevSecOps, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

5+ years of backend development experience.
Strong Golang (Gin/Fiber, gRPC, concurrency) or Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Hands-on with PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP.
Strong problem-solving, database optimization and clean coding mindset
