- As a Governance & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the governance framework, standards, and compliance controls across the entire Smart City product lifecycle.
- You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Data, QA, DevSecOps, Security, and Operations teams to ensure products are designed, developed, deployed, and operated in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Develop, maintain, and govern enterprise-wide standards, policies, and operating procedures covering software development, enterprise architecture, system integration, data governance, AI governance, cybersecurity, testing, release management, and operations.
- Translate internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and international standards into practical governance frameworks, control requirements, implementation guidelines, checklists, templates, and compliance criteria.
- Design and operate governance gates throughout the product lifecycle, including Business Requirements (BRD), solution architecture, software development, testing, release approval, deployment, and production operations.
- Conduct compliance assessments, governance reviews, and periodic or ad hoc audits to verify implementation of required controls and collect supporting evidence.
- Identify compliance gaps, perform root cause analysis, coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and monitor remediation progress until closure.
- Define governance metrics, compliance dashboards, and risk indicators to provide management with visibility into organizational compliance status, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Review and assess compliance exceptions, recommend appropriate mitigation measures, and escalate critical risks when necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI, Data, QA, DevSecOps, Security, and Operations to ensure governance requirements are integrated early into product development.
- Deliver governance training, compliance awareness programs, and consultation sessions to improve organizational understanding and consistent adoption of standards.
- Support internal and external audits, certification initiatives, and continuous improvement programs related to quality management, information security, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
Yêu cầu
- Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Quality Management, IT Audit, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Governance, Compliance, Quality Assurance, IT Audit, Risk Management, Process Management, or related functions within technology or digital product organizations.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery, DevSecOps practices, and modern software engineering processes.
- Good knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, compliance management, risk assessment methodologies, and audit practices.
- Experience designing governance controls, RACI models, service level agreements (SLA), exception management processes, compliance checklists, and CAPA programs.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple technical and business teams.
- Ability to interpret regulations, standards, and organizational policies and transform them into practical implementation requirements.
- Proficient English communication skills with the ability to read technical standards, prepare reports, and collaborate with international partners (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700+).
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CISA, COBIT, ITIL, PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent.
- Experience implementing or maintaining govrnance frameworks such as ISO 20000, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Privacy Management, Data Governance, or Enterprise Risk Management.
- Experience supporting external certification programs, regulatory audits, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data governance, Smart City platforms, IoT ecosystems, or enterprise digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks within large-scale technology organizations or product-based companies is a strong advantage.
