Tổng quan

  • Manage the overall operations of the company dormitory, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for employees.
  • Oversee canteen operations to ensure food quality, hygiene, service standards, and employee satisfaction.
  • Supervise and manage employee shuttle bus operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time transportation services.
  • Plan, schedule, and optimize vehicle assignments to meet operational and business requirements.
  • Oversee landscaping activities to maintain an attractive, clean, and environmentally friendly workplace.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Manage departmental budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to improve facility conditions and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Management of public vehicles service, vehicles for foreigners as well as labors.
  • Management of public houses, dormitory
  • General office management, including purchase for office and office supplies.
  • Managing dispatch, dispatch to, stamp, courier.
  • Maintaining and maintaining working areas (cleaning)
  • Manage reception.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in welcoming delegations to visit the company.
  • Coordinate with functional departments of the central apparatus and other P&Ls to deploy the work when necessary
