Act as one of the key contact points between the KA team, customers, and distributors (DRs), ensuring effective coordination and timely execution of business activities.
Manage and consolidate sales, inventory, distribution, and business performance reports for the KA team.
Coordinate PO creation, payment processing, invoice verification, and vendor documentation to ensure timely business execution.
Administer contracts, approval documentation, and commercial records in compliance with internal policies and controls.
Track and maintain trade program documentation, budget utilization, payment status, and supporting records.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, P&C, distributors, and customers to facilitate smooth execution of KA business activities.
Maintain business trackers, reports, and documentation required for governance, audits, and internal reviews.
Support merchandising, POSM, and visibility program administration, including deployment tracking and document management.
Support distributor administration activities, including payment follow-up, license documentation, and monthly supporting records.
Assist in budget monitoring, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination for KA assets and materials.
Perform other administrative and operational support activities as assigned to ensure effective functioning of the KA organization.
