Tổng quan

Prepare reports related to revenue, receivables/payables, and outstanding debts.
Issue VAT invoices, monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding/overdue debts.
Check and verify validity of documents, contracts, invoices and payment requests.
Prepare payment orders, process supplier payments and disbursement documents.
Visit the bank to process and receive related documents such as payment orders, etc
Manage accounting books and documents, classify, organize and store records accurately.
Update transactions related to receivables and expenses based on bank statements, file the related documents for each transaction
Make offsetting journal entries for all prepaid amounts and other general journal entries
Track prepaid domestic payments and request invoices
Update transactions related to receivables and expenses based on bank statements, file the related documents for each transaction.
Make offsetting jounal entries for all prepaid amounts and other general jounal entries.
Check and reconcile VAT on sales and purchases between the ledger and general account.
Support other ad-hoc task by Superior
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a General Accountant
Good command in English (Miniumum: IELTS 6.0 and above)
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in payroll administration, social insurance, visa processing for expatriates, and timekeeping support is an added advantage.
