  • Responsible for managing and optimizing daily production operations to achieve production targets, ensure product quality, improve efficiency, and align manufacturing activities with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Production Planning & Operations Management
  • Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet business and production targets.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and develop the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development activities.
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, continuous improvement, and compliance with company policies and production standards.
  • Process Improvement & Quality ManagementIdentify opportunities to improve production processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze production data, detect bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure production activities comply with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze key production KPIs, including output, productivity, efficiency, downtime, and quality performance.
  • Prepare regular production reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with management to develop action plans to achieve production objectives.
  • Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a strong safety culture within the production team.
