Manage daily customer service and operational activities for international markets.
Process orders and handle related operational tasks for customers on leading e-commerce and retail platforms, including:
United States: Wayfair, Ashley, Walmart
United Kingdom: Next, Argos, Shop Direct, Wayfair UK
Europe: Amazon, Maisons du Monde, Otto.de, Kaufland, and others
Perform customer compliance-related tasks to ensure client requirements are met.
Support Product Information Management (PIM), including maintaining product content and data across customers' systems.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Canada to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Gradually take ownership of one or more international customers or e-commerce platforms.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
