  • Contract Management: Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts, agreements, letters, forms, templates, and other legal documents for business operations, including distribution, sales, procurement, service, marketing, lease, confidentiality, and other commercial arrangements.
  • Label and Artwork Review: Review product labels, sub-labels, packaging artworks, product claims, instructions for use, and related materials to ensure compliance with Vietnamese cosmetic regulations, ASEAN cosmetic requirements, approved product notification dossiers, and internal legal standards.
  • Company Licensing: Manage the company’s corporate and operational licenses, including Enterprise Registration Certificate, Investment Registration Certificate (if any), business licenses, cosmetic-related licenses, location or warehouse related documents, amendments, renewals, notifications, and other licenses required for company operations.
  • Marketing and Sales Compliance: Review promotional materials, advertising content, social media content, product claims, consumer communications, trade programs, and commercial activities from a legal and regulatory perspective before release or implementation.
  • Intellectual Property Support: Support trademark searches, filings, renewals, IP record management, infringement monitoring, and coordination with external counsel for protection and Other Tasks: Perform other legal, regulatory, compliance, administrative, and business support tasks as assigned by legal head, direct supervisor, or company management from time to time.
