Recommend KOLs, creators and communities aligned with brand objectives
Monitor KOL, creator and community strategy
Establish evaluation framework for creator effectiveness and ROI
Establish creator selection and evaluation framework
Cross-functional Digital Integration:
Coordinate implementation of regional projects
Drive adoption of best practices
Facilitate knowledge sharing across brands
Support capability development initiatives
Support implementation of regional digital capability programs
