1. Team Management / 团队管理**
Manage warehouse staff, manpower allocation, attendance and performance.
负责仓库团队管理、人员配置、出勤及绩效管理。
2. Training & Development / 培训与发展**
Provide onboarding and operational training to ensure employees follow SOPs and safety standards.
负责员工入职及运营培训，确保员工遵守SOP及安全操作标准。
3. Warehouse Operations / 仓库运营**
Oversee daily inbound, outbound, inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
负责仓库日常入库、出库、库存及运营管理，确保货物准确及运营高效。
4. KPI & Continuous Improvement / KPI及持续改善**
Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement action plans to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
监督并确保各项KPI达成，持续优化流程，提高生产效率及运营质量。
5. Customer & HQ Management / 客户及总部沟通**
Manage customer communication, provide regular operational reports, and participate in meetings with customers and headquarters.
负责客户沟通及运营汇报，定期向客户及总部汇报业务表现并参加相关会议。
